Guidelines for Short Paper Presentations

  1. The presentation of your short paper should be kept as close to 15 minutes as possible so as to leave plenty of time in each session for discussion.
  2. Your session will have both a PC and Mac available for you to use as well as the option of connecting your own laptop. If you plan to use our PC/Mac, please be sure to bring your presentation slides on a USB drive so they can be easily transferred. If you plan to use your own laptop, please be sure to bring any necessary dongles so that it will be compatible with the projector’s VGA or HDMI connections.
  3. Finally, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your paper session to ensure your slides are properly setup for presentation on our computer, or that your own computer properly connects to our projector.
